The house has 7 rooms, all of which are over 10 m² and fully equipped with a private bathroom, TV, hairdryer, etc. Four of them are double rooms and three are twin rooms. One of them is on the ground floor and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The house has a living/dining room of approximately 60 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) and an attached island with a countertop to facilitate cooking.
The living room has a TV area and Wi-Fi with comfortable sofas. The common areas are also equipped with air conditioning. The house has a basement that serves as a games room with various games such as table tennis and table football.
Outside, we can enjoy a spacious solarium in a wind-sheltered area where the sun shines continuously due to its orientation. It is equipped with umbrellas, hammocks, tables, and chairs, all on a lawn that makes it even more welcoming.
There is also a playground, which is a delight for the little ones. It is certified and meets the requirements set by the regulations for this type of facility.
Inside the outdoor area and adjacent to the house is a large 40 m3 swimming pool, fully glazed and heated all year round. It has individual changing rooms and showers. The water temperature is approximately 30º throughout the year (inside the pool area you can enjoy a pleasant temperature and an area where you can relax on sun loungers).
In the outdoor area, just a stone’s throw from the house, you can enjoy a splendid glass-enclosed paddle tennis court with unbeatable views in all directions, as it is elevated a few meters above the rest of the buildings.
